1. Full refund of your deposit on cancellation of your booking
2. Policy applies during all booking periods, 365 days a year
3. Bookings can be cancelled at any time before 10am on the day prior to arrival
4. If the required notice is not given, a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit paid will be charged
